Registration & Event Participation
Submission of an event registration constitutes agreement with all published Ascension LDX policies, including but not limited to Event Policies, Code of Conduct, Liability Release, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any additional participation requirements published by Black Fleet Network®.
Registration does not guarantee admission if payment has not been received or if participation is revoked due to policy violations.
Pricing & Payments
All published pricing is listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and is subject to change without notice until registration is completed.
Applicable taxes, processing fees, or third-party service fees may apply where required.
Refunds & Transfers
Registration transfers and refunds are governed by the official Ascension LDX Event Policies published on this website.
Sponsorships & Partnerships
Sponsorship opportunities are subject to availability and may be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise specified.
Black Fleet Network® reserves the right to decline or discontinue sponsorships that conflict with the organization's mission, values, nonprofit status, or the overall attendee experience.
